Pros

The sedona can be used to make jerky, dried nuts, fruits, and vegetable chips. Kale recipes abound and if you want the chips cheesy you can add it to your mixture. The kale leaf is crunchy.

Nine mesh trays that you put the food on to be dehydrated. A closed tray to catch any drip along with a debris mat on the bottom. The shelves hold on to marinade drips, which then bake on.

You have to read the instructions carefully to get everything set the way you want, but on my first try, it went quite smoothly. The instruction manual explains everything well and comes with sample recipes.

This dehydrator is as big of a staple in my kitchen as my oven.
