Amazon setup a return and gonna get my money back up to two weeks. Any product that will not turn on upon receipt is obviously not worth investigation further or asking for help. It is the first and last time i buy anything from the trigkey brand.

Ensure you reinstalll w11 by yourself first or even better, reformat everything and install a clean w11.
There is a rubber tab on the bottom and this connecting cable is on the opposite side of the rubber tab.
Price
Definitely worth every penny you spend on this mini pc.
