Magnesium citrate is a saline laxative that is thought to work by increasing fluid in the small intestine. Works great when taken 1/2 hr before bed. Better than cbd or melatonin.
The product i received appears to be as pictured and described by the seller in the listing. If in time i see benefits from using them, i would consider ordering them again.

Aspirin 81mg means that one tablet has 81 milligrams of aspirin. Citrate the bottle clyconate speaks to one capsule a day the video speaks to citrate one capsule 3 times a day.
