The first day the top of the diaper cream split open and now every time i go to use it the cream comes out both sides of the bottle.

Price

Expensive for a little bottle and then having it being wasted.

Then only downside is it is pricey for the amount of product.

The price is a but higher but it's great quality.

Shipping

I went to report it to amazon, but then have to ship back this one that i am using.

My son had a small diaper rash coming on when this finally arrived in the mail and it was gone with one application!

My only complaint is the actual packaging.

However, it arrived with the cap completely busted.

This works so much better than desitin.

I was skeptical since it has less zinc oxide than a lot of the products we've already tried, but something about this stuff really works!
