Pros

They have great packaging and specs for their price. Screen is nice, reads very clear. Perfect match for our needs. Ordered 2.

Cons

The downtime alone is huge, and the out of pocket expense is salt in the wound. Buyer beware. This seems very strange since the merchandise came in standard amazon packaging without any warning of hazardous materials.

It is quite loud and emits a buzzing noise in addition to the cooling fan noise. The buzzing noise is like an old fashion florescent bulb that is about to die. Plugging it back in, or after a batt test, the very loud squealing and buzzing returned.

Will not stay powered on. If you use more than two outlets it shuts down until you lower the load. While waiting 7 - 10 days for the replacement to ship, we have a rack of switches with no battery backup.

It is powering a small network rack that includes a ubiquiti switch, a ubiquiti gateway (being replaced by a pf sense gateway).

But it does its job, and doesn't go into a fault mode every time there's a power hiccup like the cyberpower unit it replaced.
