Pros

The tripp lite 12 outlet surge protector power strip is like the superhero of power strips. It's a surge-busting, gadget-protecting powerhouse. It does it all with a style and panache that could rival any caped crusader.

Cons

Received bent and stretched piwer strip with no reset button an and plastic on the on/off button broken. Not sure who packaged it but the cardboard was literally wrapped around it in spots.

A solid, durable, well built power strip/surge protector.

Made of sturdy metal, i expect a long life of excellent service.

Bit on a pain to get the mounting brackets on, but as soon as they are it's rock solid.

The outlets are spaced far enough apart that wall warts don't take up two or three outlets every time.

Once that was discovered, and #8 screws and washers located, all went very quickly.

Packaging/appearance

And the flat screw and bolt sets that came in the pack with the clip-on pieces are not what you need to attach the pieces.

I'm generally a fan of tripplite's commercial style (metal bodied) surge protectors, and this one no less than the 4 or 5 others i own.

This is mounted across the back of an ikea fredde computer desk.
