Pros & Cons
Pros
Tripp lite series is about the lightest medium duty rack commonly available. It's light years ahead of all the flimsy swing out racks that can be had for <$200. Nice and sturdy not flimsy at all, came assembled. Fairly lightweight and reliable.
Tripp lite swing out racks with the perforated doors and sides are good quality. Open back, full grill and removable grills on sides. Comes with all the rack mounting hardware so no need to purchase rack mount bolts.
I was a little concerned that this would bend and be hard to close with the weight of 60lbs of av equipment. It can open/close on the rear hinge without a problem. The main metal box itself seems rather sturdy and the access to the rear is really nice... Read More
My clients, however, are always in a money crunch so one of the things that get value engineered is the rack. Mine cane without a scratch. My gripes come with some minor things that feel cheap.
Cons
The door on one side is severely dented. Bottom front grill is bowed. Missing nuts and bolts. Defective door lever.
Air conditioner only kicks on once every 15 minutes. Can only be used as a heater for the winter months.

Packaging/appearance
Almost all the internal packaging used to protect the case was demolished.
The box it comes in is not padded well enough for the weight of this thing.
Competitiveness
I won't ever go back to the cheaper ones as this is the best for ease of use and quality.

Everything except the front rails were spot on

The issue with the front rails was that they were so far to the front that the case frame prevented access to screw holes on the side of the rail

As long as you notice this before you start and move it a few holes back its not an issue

One odd thing of note that i loved was the fact that the inserts for the top and bottom holes had two center holes that made drilling 234 holes for the conduit easy
