You have to add some udev rules to even make the thing operational. Poweralert office software configuration is a bit of a mess, with lots of ambiguously labeled settings. The gui is web based. Thumbs down + angy face.
Parts fail, but the time frame on getting it warrantied has become unacceptable, as is their painfully slow communication.

Packaging might be a little flimsy for the reputation some couriers have but will survive somewhat the voyage.
The message box was really far away from the bottom right corner where i think it was meant to be.

This is a great replacement for a more expensive name brand i had.

Not designed for long term outages you’ll want a generator for that but good for a computer workstation and fiber modem etc
