This will protect your expensive gear, let me explain.
Thankfully replacement batteries aren't expensive, assuming that is the part that failed.

Came complete, no missing pieces all good.

The fan is somewhat loud it will be relative to your environment in small really quiet room this will sound as yet engine i have it next to me in a small rack on my home office that also has an cloudplate airflow in it and next to a window so it borderline inaudible

While i have only begun using the unit havent had to use it in a power failure it was good out of the box

The only issue out of the box was that when i installed the rack tabs one of the screws broke

This means that there are only 7 instead of 8 screws supporting it
