Pros

The usb charger works perfectly. Plugs into the power port in our suv. The usb chargers work without turning on the unit. Works perfectly, runs my macbook pro 90w charger without issue.

This is great, as the 400w one i have will now be a backup and won't overpower the volume of the tv. Seems to fit the bill for small wattage needs.

Cons

It shuts down when overloaded. Usb is erratic and 120 doesn't work on one plug. Very noisy item.

I expect a certain amount of ratings embellishment with cheapo no-name junk. This converter is a total piece of junk. Tripp lite needs to do a quality control review with their builder.
