The nvidia card came with an adapter from displayport to dvid but wouldnt handle dual output at the resolution i run at natively 2560x1600

It worked but barely displaying horrible flickering as my computer booted and not stabilizing until windows 10 reached the desktop

Once the desktop was reached the flickering disappeared until i started running skyrim where the flickering returned with a vengeance only this time it was fullframe with two or more images each different from the other rendered one after the other within milliseconds of one another

After days of searching i narrowed the problem to the club displayport to dvid adapter and replaced it with this one

Appears to be very similar if not the same unit as supplied with newer dell optiplex desktop pcs

This appears to work but hp in their infinite wisdom chose to implement a non standard dp protocol so it was not as good as i would have liked
