Pros & Cons
Pros
The wall plug is flat and angled so that my dresser is close to the wall, and i am able to use the outlet below, easily. The special accommodation for those bulky adapter plugs is also a great feature.
Great value, smart features, long cord, and just works. Wish it had a lighted off on switch. Has all the capabilities you expect in a powerstrip.
Ul 1363 is the listing i look for and ul 1449 is surge suppression. These surge suppressor strips offer a lifetime warranty as well as an insurance policy to repair or replace whatever is connected to it.
Tripp lite makes quality products, especially their isobar line. I just needed something cheaper with coax surge protection. Plenty of outlets to plug things into.
Cons
No power to outlets. No protected led lighting up. No circuit on the hot wire, regardless of what position the switch is in. Very frustrating.
Highlights
Quality
Im not qualified enough to talk about it's inner workings but i'm pretty happy with the purchase.
The quality of the product combined with the warranty makes this the clear winner for any surge protector (just make sure you register).
Price
This one is l-n 330 v - l-g 400 v - n-g 400 v, as low as it can get without the price getting ridiculous.

Not as versatile as their swivel model which allows for the large plugs with adaptors

Plenty of other reviews explain it better but basically you need the clamping voltage to be as low as possible if you want to actually protect your stuff from power spikes briefly put its how much voltage it takes for the strip to detect the surge as such

Not only that but theres plenty of surge 34protectors34 out there with bigger clamping numbers that cost more

The plastic housing seems to be cheap or not wellfinished as there are small flaps of plastic molding remnants inside some of the outlet holes

It comes with what appears to be a fake goldplated 6 coaxial cable with a regular copper core
