Pros

The tripp lite is the unit i'll buy going foreword. The digital readout is a cool feature. External battery expansion connector to increase runtime or for connecting a desulfation charger. High 25w standby power draw from the wall.

Cons

Second unit frequently fails to keep connected servers online. Poor on-battery idle makes it tough to recommend for low-power networking equipment backup. Problems interfacing with linux/freebsd due to some flaky behavior with the usb interface on the... Read More

While tl may have great customer support, they need a great product too. Another unit failed, and they still have not honored the replacement and warranty.

Not terribly so, but not great. Thumbs down + angy face. Bottom line is it isn't worth the headaches you'll get with this thing.
