The one i purchased in 2020 has upc # 037332211064, and made in vietnam, per the carton label. Received the ups today. Thank you amazon for bringing this product to my doorstep.

Unfortunately the qnaps verion of linux will not detect the tripplite batter backup as a usb external device

There is a third party os addin made for tripplites but to be honest i did not understand the apps description well enough to determine whether it would work
