Pros

Lenovo thinkpad t420 laptop connected to panasonic plasma tv. Video is of high resolution along with sound. After reboot sound goes through hdmi automatically. Easy to use the computer while its plugged into the tv.

The six foot length also gives you a bit of flexibility on where to use it. No complaint on quality of cable. I just wish it came in a 12' version as i had to buy an hdmi coupler as well.

Cons

The cable is pretty short (6 ft) and so there wasn't a lot of leeway. It is very hard to remove the cable from laptop after inserting it and the locking mechanism is not good.

These cables are worth slightly more than scrap and trash. This cable is worthless. I would avoid purchasing.
