Given the relatively low cost of these compared to other converters i found i thought id give it a go

But having been worrying about needing to cut holes in my new dry wall to run a hdmi cable from my amp to tv i was frantically searching for something that could pass a hdmi signal from the choice of cables that the builder had put in place

I found i had 2x coax and 2x cat5e cables 23awg already installed in the duct work so started looking for the usual hdmi over coax or hdmi over ethernet converters when i stumbled upon these and as per others on in the comments on this item i was skeptical about how well these would work
