I never tested it on another tv so the issue may have been a compatibility problem with the television

I have 3 other 2port kvm switches from various manufacturers and they each have the same glaring fault you have to have the primary computer turned on before the switch recognizes the secondary computer

You can also switch the audio independently of the computer in focus allowing you to listen to music from the other computer

Note that mouse emulation is turned off by default so your mouse may not work until you turn emulation on with scrolllock scrolllock m enter

The mouse and keyboard need to plug into specific ports so look for the small icon next to each usb port
