Pros

This is our second unit (the original is still running like a champ). Also super fast shipping.

Cons

Exhaust fan rapid unplanned disassembly. Broken fan blades sitting at the bottom of the exhaust *. Tripp lite provides an inadequate 1-yr warranty because they know it won't last very long.

This unit is defective or does not perform as per the specs. In a/c work, this means the coolant is low. Ready to toss it in the dumpster out back.

Not aluminum. Not stainless. Why they chose a material that rusts to save 10 cents show what kind of company they are. Very disappointed in tripp lite following this experience and will cease buying any more of their products.

I would not recommend buying this. It's a rebranded generic chinese manuf. Do not even think about purchasing one of these.

Easy to install, and keeps an 8x10 room cold without any problems.

Works great and keeping my small server room cool.

No issues until one day it died.

After fashioning an adapter it now blows directly on the projector and the film.

Price

I figure i got my money's worth out of it.

We have been downsizing and putting a lot of our services in the cloud, and did not have a need for an expensive replacement $17k at least.

We were quoted $5k by an hvac company to install this exact unit.

Uncle sam's running the genny's and buying the jp8 so i have not idea how much these cost to run 24 hours a day.
