A week after i replaced the battery the power went out due to a fallen tree, but my computer kept running.

After removing the cover, i was able to disconnect & remove the old one and then the new one slid right back in without a hitch.

I thought the price was reasonable for a large battery with shipping.

I got some used ups' for cheap, and they needed replacent batteries.

To their credit were shipped fedex then, and came promptly.

I was able to contact tripp lite and they sent me a new battery quickly.

Packaging/appearance

Batteries work fine, well packaged and secure.

I knew because the tripp lite invoice to amazon was still in the box.

Competitiveness

However, there is another battery with a better amp-hour rating for less money.

This battery is ok, but i have had better luck with the powerstar 12-9.
