Needed some quality power strips to use in egypt.
Good quality construction, has taken us, german, french, chinese and japanese plugs with no issue.
Just need to bring one single adapter for the power strip if i hotel outlets are not compatible with the euro plug built in the cord.
Price
Performs exactly as one would expect and the price was right.
Price is a touch on the higher side, but within range for something that is quality.
Competitiveness
Use this as an extension cord for 220v appliances while in europe.
It also has an on-off switch and a resettable overload circuit breaker for safety.
It turned out that all the devices i took with me had multi-voltage power ratings.

If you are visiting europe from north america you will immediately become aware that the voltage and plug systems do not match

Regardless with the proliferation of electrical devices even relatively short trips to europe will be made with multiple devices that must be charged and this is particularly true if you have two or more people all using digital cameras

Important noteit cannot be stressed too much that one must verify that any electrical device plugged into a european socket be rated as 110240v
