Pros
This is one of the few ways one can extend the kinect 2. Cable. Works great on the xbox one kinect with the adapter. Same thing (or close to) as the already existing usb kinect adapter for windows- tripp lite usb 3.
Great product for the price. Super quality. Immensely excellent packaging. Happy customer. The cable is also super good.
Cons
The laptop is a fast asus loaded with losts of extra memory and running latest windows 10. Had issues with random unrecognize and disconnect. Frankly the game selection for kinect is pretty poor too.

At 1080p i get 60fps in mjpeg mode and 30fps in yuv422which is as good as when i plug it straight into my computer
