Pros

Device has an led indicator that shows the device is actively powered via the usb cable. It's actually faster to plug this into the usb port on my surface pro than to use the 64gb micro usb i have inserted directly into the surface pro.

Quick, compact, easy to user. Not the smallest, but it's not bad.

Cons

I have a 64 gig sandisk sdxc and this unit will not recognize the card. Large, clunky. Total waste of money.
