It has a nifty spring loaded holder that totally sucks in the sdsdxc card so it can be stored there indefinitely and then used as a usb flash storage device

I paired this with a sdxc card that was capable of 90 mbs write speed and plugged into a usb3 port but the maximum speed was only about 10 mbs

Of course the difference is that this sticks out from the side and you have to disconnect it when you put the computer away
