Pros
Easy to install with a sight pusher tool. They are awesome and afordable i bought the fist set for my p320. Extremely easy to installed with a small hammer and brass punch.
These are brighter than the xray sights in darkness. They give a good sight picture, and glow brightly. Also using lube is a life saver.
Very pleased with the upgrade. But, there are a few details that make me wonder if i should have paid more to send my slide to sig and have them upgrade the sights. Worth the price.
I have ammo to test fire the new sights, problem arrives when trying buy replacement ammo.
Cons
Truglo product claims to be made to sig 6/8 specs, or a copy by implication, but the front blade is. The rear sight is only. This causes the point of impact on the target to be lower when properly aligning the sights.

Quality
Setting them on fn was a bit tougher with the front post but ok with the rear.
Second set and both were really bright and seemed to be newer sights not old stock with the best price.
It's very noticeable with the rear sight.
It’s not bad but for the ocd type this ruins it for many.
Price
I rated them four stars because the price is very good, particularly for the #8/#8 combination.
For the price (got it on sale under 50) they are amazing!
Competitiveness
This are way better than the factory p365 sights
Much brighter than more costly trijicon sights.
If you order the size #6 front and #8 rear it fits a p365.

That being said these sights are usually a compromise fit on most guns

As one reviewer has stated these sights fit but leave a visible gap between the slide and bottom of sight
