The power strip is a recipe for disaster if moisture is introduced. This is not good. There should be no difference. It is absurdly * and in danger.

This power strip says it is able to convert 2 prong outlets into 3 prong outlet. Physically yes it does that by providing a fake ground pin hole. The us has an incredibly archaic system in place that is certainly not the safest.
