After over a year of constant use the lamp broke.
The lamp stopped working one year later.

Would definitely recommend this lamp to prospective buyers.
The good news is the price had come down $10.
Little expensive, but really a nice lamp for our computer desk.

Unable to trouble shoot a resolution, he sent me a brand new lamp within two days!
I contacted customer service right away and they quickly sent me a replacement.
He replied that he would ship me a free new cord for the old lamp.
