All of the surge protectors i have are ancient ones with thick round cords and the base is about 12 inches long.
Price
Great adapter at a really good price.
The cord is a good enough length at 5 ft, and the price is very right, at around $18.
Shipping
The usb-c power delivery port dishes out a respectable 20w when flying solo.
Competitiveness
I thought the price seemed high, but when i did a search, it's not out of the range of similar products.
If you are using sensitive equipment, please purchase a name-brand surge protector such as a belkin one.

The cord itself is a standard looking appliance cord instead of being a braided one like ive used with some other surge protectors i bought recently

It would be nice if it were braided as i feel like it looks nicer but results are still similar anyways
