The on/off switch is a physical one with a satisfyingly deep click. It controls the ac receptacles and the usb receptacles. It has a surge protector light that is illuminated when power is on.

There are no usb ports in this unit but i don’t find a need for them as most of them don’t offer qc or pd delivery anyway.
