It really doesn’t have much a flavor of its own, and hence it doesn’t tamper with the smoothie.
The dosage is something you can’t measure with the top or eye.

The price isn't bad and in taking these i certainly feel a lot better.
Still it works and is a fairly good price comparatively.

Also natural flavors often means a glutamate type flavor enhancing compound which some people have issues with
