It goes down smooth without a aftertaste. Just mix it in your morning smoothie or juice. I keep it refrigerated to ensure freshness.
Cons
This liquid vitamin is ok, not real fond of the taste. They go way overboard on some of the ingredients. The fact that they list these as if they are good for you is insane.
Well, the taste is pretty bad lol, but not as bad as i expected. The taste is horrendous! The smell, just as horrific.
It gives me the worst heartburn ever. Also once you open it it says you have 30 days to use it and it needs to be refrigerated. The expiration date is next month (6/20).
It includes melatonin, but doesn't say how much. Bromine is corrosive to human tissue in a liquid state and its vapors irritate eyes and *. Boron is possibly unsafe when taken in higher doses.

This liquid form has approx 90% absorbency & enters the blood stream quickly compared to pill form which is way low.
The taste is pretty good i thought it would have a very strong medicine taste.
Price
A little pricey but if you need liquid vitamins this was worth it.
If it weren't for the price, i would order it whilst.

The reason i purchased liquid vitamins is because like most folks i couldnt swallow all of the individual vitamins that i needed so i didnt take my vitamins more than once or twice a week

Because the dosage of each vitamin is lower than id prefer although with it being a liquid im probably absorbing much more of it based on my age and my having poor digestion than if i were taking a capsule so instead of the recommended two tablespoons of the liquid per day i take three
