We mounted the product onto the wall and it's working very well.
Most didn't even come with the screw hardware.
I also don’t suggest mounting it just intosheet rock with the supplied hangers.

Mine also came with a smooshed box, and the bottom holder was bent, but it bent right back and did not seem to weaken any joints.

As others have mentioned the hardware it comes with is pretty weak

Note that the electric box screws have small heads that allow them to fit through the outside hole in the rack so that the screws are not visible after covering the hole with the small plastic cap provided small plastic cap seen in photos

A few of the bars were bent upon unpacking the box was undamaged so must’ve shipped out like that but was able to bend them into place
