Price
Product is easy to use at an affordable price.
It's been worth the price, but i'm moving on.
Packaging/appearance
The only, very slight, issue seems to be that it does not quite remove the cork entirely from the bottle.
Competitiveness
This is not a huge problem in my opinion, but it *is* enough to prevent my giving it a five-star rating.
Too bad you need a pair of needlenose pliers, to remove the cork from the device.

I previously had an expensive well known brand opener that i liked ok but it was hard to use and not easy to remove the cork after it was pulled

Hint to remove the cork from the rabbit screw just gently squeeze the tool to the closedgrabit position and rotate the lever back downup after its initial release from the bottle and those corks will swivel right off

Others have noted that longer corks dont extract fully this is correct but its such an inconsequential negative that id barely knock a half star off my rating over it

As it has aged the plastic has gotten sticky

Update although past the seller warranty the manufacturer told me there had been a batch of products and sent me a replacement with no hassle whatsoever
