I preordered this book not knowing exactly what to expect but hoping that it would break new ground and not just be a rehash of the material presented in the previous book

This is problematic because it makes the book more difficult to use as a quick reference when learning the exercises youll have to do a bit of hunting if youre looking to review the description of a particular posture

The rest of the content is good for someone who has no previous exposure to foundation training but possibly not as useful to someone already familiar with the theory behind the system and the movements

After all your life wont get better if you spend just 20 minutes a day practicing proper movement only to spend the next 23 hours and 40 minutes moving like a robot zombie
