Pros & Cons
Pros
The worm is sturdy, pierces the cork easily, and is easy to twist. The double hinge is really useful for beginners and stubborn corks. It's everything i've ever wanted in a corkscrew.
Cons
This wine cork is horrible. It is very difficult to remove a cork with this cork screw. The corkscrew sold by overfeel is not the real deal. The one sold by f&t is lighter steel, does not have the truetap logo.
Even the screw itself is subpar. The hinge on this is soooo stiff. The operation is a bit flimsy feeling.
Cough up another $5 and buy a different brand. Won’t buy again- and not worth the hassle of returning either.
Highlights
Quality
Definitely one of the standards in the service industry.
This is fantastic quality, the blade opens the wine covers easily and the cork never breaks on me.
Competitiveness
It's much sturdier than those cheapo ones you get at the dollar store and gives you the confidence that it won't break the cork.
