Cons
Their customer service is * and nonexistent in my case. They send their seconds to amazon to get rid of them.
Even in zero light they front sight is barely distinguishable which is where these sights should excel. The upside to these are they do glow. The sights are completely dull and do not glow in daylight or dark.
These sights are not returnable to amazon. If you own a cz you know the stock sights are garbage. The truglo is way to big and bulky.

Initially, i only used locktight on the mounting screw - after 200 rounds, the front sight cam lose.
Outdoors in the sunlight they glow like little green sun's making target acquisition fast and easy.
Price
Also got them for a good price cause everywhere locally wants 150+ so no regrets.
Price was fair and you get what you pay for .
They are not cheap but i think they are worth it.
Packaging/appearance
As shown in the above photo, the rear site was loose in the sealed packaging.
Competitiveness
Of note, for p320s, the #8 rear sight for the 8/6 is different than the #8 rear in the 8/8 set.
The rear #8 in the 8/8 set is wider and produces higher impact than the #8 rear in the 8/6 set, it works best for me in my two p320s.

I went ahead and cranked on my sight pusher and got it centered up though

I even used a little oil when installing the sights

With the old ones the back was green and so was the front and to me it was to much trying to focus
