Night sights are a very worthwhile upgrade.
Cons
These sights are over priced, only work in bright sunlight and are worthless in dim light and darkness. The upside to these are they do glow. In dim light they are very hard to see.
The truglo is way to big and bulky. If you try to be fair with company and give them a chance to make good on their product, they just stonewall wall you. No returns through amazon.
The hub bub over these sights is a cult following and ton of dollars spent on marketing and zero on customer service! I had high hopes for these sights on a new glock for edc, and use them on the rest of my semi pistols but there are many other brands... Read More

Excellent sights that work great day or night mounted on a ppq 45 hit poa
Very easy to use and accurate as long as you install them correctly.
These are good low light / no light sights.
I have one of the best on the market and it could not push the original dove tail sights.
Price
Also got them for a good price cause everywhere locally wants 150+ so no regrets.
Shipping
I ordered on a sunday, they shipped it within an hour, and my new sights showed up before noon on monday.
Packaging/appearance
As shown in the above photo, the rear site was loose in the sealed packaging.
The truglo tfx pro sights are exactly as packaged.
Competitiveness
Of note, for p320s, the #8 rear sight for the 8/6 is different than the #8 rear in the 8/8 set.
The rear #8 in the 8/8 set is wider and produces higher impact than the #8 rear in the 8/6 set, it works best for me in my two p320s.

True glow sights work that’s why i got them but i didn’t charge them in sunlight and they should be brighter to me i’ve bought trijicons that was way brighter than these after charging them

With the old ones the back was green and so was the front and to me it was to much trying to focus

I only use the truglo brand for sights have never had an issue with them and they shine brighter than others ive tried
