Ok i gave the trust mc 1200 mic 4 stars for what it is a cheap microphone if you are looking for a starter mic or if you need a budget mic i would recommend this before you start recording if you are recording i would suggest you go on to control panel sound recording external microphone advanced and change some settings i would recommend you disable the audio enhancements because it sounds horrible with it enabled when you have disabled the audio enhancements you may have some background noise but not too much
