Pros

I concur with others who opined that it’s like having a subwoofer in your ear - but not in an overpowering way. This iem is a two-way speaker system with a crossover and tuned by crinacle -another online reviewer-to fit the harman curve.

These ear buds sound stunningly good for their price. All are very listenable but these inexpensive truthears rank near the top of that list.

The audio science review measures speakers, headphones, amplifiers and dacs. This affects the overall sense of resolution when compared to the variations. Enhanced detail in headphones is often due to boosted treble.

Cons

They sound so bland with bass. Soundstage completely non existent. They sound like the moondrop chus which i gave away. They don't sound much better than your average single driver headphone.

The large tips with the bigger bore gave remarkable highs with less bass.

Packaging/appearance

The zeros are the first audio transducer i've experienced with perfect tonality out of the box.

The packaging is nice, i did not get the additional stand as i would just given it to my niece.

Absurd packaging graphics that can cheapen a serious product.

Competitiveness

I’m enjoying using the zero with fiio bluetooth btr5.

Compared to my fiio fd5 (which still require a bit of eq to fix the bass response in my opinion) these are just heavenly.

For comparison, my collection of in-ears include some cca-cra and 1more quad drivers.

Bass but right equalizer and right dac will volume bass separated and sound amazing if like bass in your hedphones thre are for you
