I found the arrow on the tubes white checkvalve disk and used a black marker to color in the arrow to remind me which way was up its really hard to find the arrow because its white on white

A few reviewers had trouble pumping soap up check the tubes checkvalve to make sure the arrow is up pointing towards sink top and soap dispenser

The only thing you need to pay extra attention to is the arrow on the check valve make sure it’s pointing up to the soap dispenser

Would given it 5 stars but it was missing the connecting valve for the direct connection to the larger soap bottle
