After a minor crash my chain did not come that time but i noticed i had a small abrasion on my knee so i know the product does not instruct one to use them in this manner but i was concerned about getting the city dirt out of the wound so i used one and it was helpful abrasion healing well no irritation afterwards but of course this was my decision and probably not recommended
