The tub shroom fits perfectly in the drain hole of the bathtub. It catches all the hair in the tub.
Story ready to clean. The rigid stainless steel tube makes it easy to clean with a stiff brush. It's easy to take out and clean after every shower. Easy to clean and remove.
It seems to not mold. Just remember, it's best to clean it up once a day, that way you don't get eeked out by the collection of hair with gunk on it.

The catcher fits in our drain quite snugly and the stainless steel looks nice (and hasn't peeled or anything). This one fits my drain more snuggly as well.
Cons
The water flows great until a few hairs get into it and then the water starts getting blocked up. The shroom itself is not well made, it catches everything. Plus it's horrible to clean! I either have to put my hands in the mix of hair and conditionner... Read More

My wife bought one of the stainless ones and even though its almost double the price it seems like a much better product

It has a stiffer seal in the hole which should catch more hair and i dont think well ever see black mold on it since its stainless and black silicon

The plastic version doesn’t drain everything but this metal one catch everything
