Pros

If you work in a retro office like i do, they're perfect for filling out forms. The ink flows very well and they write very smoothly. I only use the tul brand for work the ink does not smear when writing on the labels of the blood bags!

Tul pens are smoother than other ballpoints i've used. They are fine point and a bit scratchy, but thats what i like. There is a nice smoothness and fluidity to writing with this pen.

Cons

These retractable versions of the fine blue are horrible. The pen is really scratchy compared to the medium point. It leaks like crazy! It skips also.
