Pros
Typically wear tennis shoes or hikers and these work great. They are durable and thin enough to fit inside my shoes. Heal feels better.
They are clear, so unnoticeable. They are washable. Is not intrusive.
It also helps if you have shoes that slip on the back. Provides needed cushioning. No pain now with the gel heel cups.
Fits well. Works great with my keds to give my heel some extra support. They work perfectly!
Cons
Buyer beware, these are not like shoes that are returnable, even when new. They are flimsy and offer me no extra comfort for my heels. Floppy, not supportive or relieving at all.

That wouldn't be a fault of the product though.
Good product but did not work for me.

Worked much better than custom orthotics at a fraction of the cost.

None carried tulis gelheal cups and they all told me that they would and 12 shoe size to my feet and make my shoes too tight

The cup supports the heel on the bottom but since its silicone it needs the shoe to support the sides of the foot

I bought this because i have a pair of loafers that i walk out of even though they are correct size

As the day wore on they started to irritate my foot not sure if i am sensitive to the material they are made from or what

The part that goes under the foot is hard plastic with a thin foam lining and it is uncomfortable
