Pros

These provide good cushioning for my heel and help with foot pain. These heal cups take up enough room to stop the slip of my heal up/down and side/side. As a side bonus they add some extra cushion.

From house shoes to running shoes to casual shoes. The classic style fits regular shoes better because they are smaller. Easy to fit in shoe.

Cons

Tuli's classic heel cup is the worst product i ever bought. Not that helpful for plantar fasciatis. Green tuli cup is much better. I have plantarfasciitis and it gave very little relief.
