Pros & Cons
Pros
All outlining of my photo was done in the black from tulip. It dries completely snowy white which is also what i needed (i did not want it to dry clear) its perfect & dries soft. It’s fairly solid as opposed to a sheer transparent glitter.
Easy to apply & didn't run or drip. Only need to use a small amount then spead with small art brush. The nozzle for the bottle is a very tiny diameter so you can easily create using a very thin, precise line of product if you want to. No more slip... Read More
Cons
White puff paint does not puff up. Follow the instructions and that’s the results on the picture ruin the pans. It says “real red”.

I used a thick line though bc i wanted it to be solid— it would probably be sheer if you spread it out thinner
