Fits perfectly and very adjustable. Ordered small/medium and fits as expected. Although i prefer snaps, the velcro is strong.

While this is soft & lightweight, this item is not absorbent at all. Not much of a towel at all, even the black one is see through. Returned and purchased a pull on full elastic above chest no velcro.
