Quality
It has a good quality cap and i have not gotten any side effect at all.
The size of capsules are same as most supplements and easy to swallow.
I eat pinapple for bromelain properties of it as well but sometime, its not easy to, sometimes i forget!
This combo has quercetin as well which we may think is just for swelling etc, but its because of its anti-inflammatory property of it.
