Pros

Curcumin supplement is powerful. These help my knee arthritis. Honestly, it helps with acne, digestion problems, takes the edge off of any musculoskeletal pain i may have.

I'm hopeful it will be effective. I like that the potency of their products is often higher than most other brands in the price range.

Cons

Really disappointed considering all of the raving reviews. My guess is that this company changed suppliers to some chinese company that doesn't give a * about quality.
