Pros

Zhou has great products and excellent customer service. Ginger extract is something that is left out of most turmeric formulas and it really makes a difference. Zhou has excellent quality control and consistency and are a trusted source for me.

This works on me as well as ibuprofen with no side-effects. The capsules are very easy to * and the quality is good. No burps or any bad experiences with the pill.

Cons

Most of the product is turmeric powder which is likely to be far less useful. These also taste like mold which is really bad for those with micotoxin sensitivity. They recommend to take 3 capsules twice daily?
