Another is there are times where audio will cut off from the xbox completely and i have to turn off my controller unplug the headset turn the controller back on and then replug the headset for audio to return

It has happened to my friends as well but im not sure if thats an xbox controller issue or turtle beach issue

Keep in mind that with the refurbished they will send you the microsoft chat adapter not the turtle beach

Sound volume isnt the same quality as you would get from a 300 pair but i knew that before i purchased
